Diet Chart to Live Healthy – Reduce K.G.s in Few Months

All you have to do is follow this diet and exercise daily for few months. This will surely show you the difference in weight.

Start Morning With: Always start your day by drinking 2 glasses of lukewarm water. This will remove constipation and release toxins from the body, which will help in reducing obesity.

To lose weight, drink detox water in the morning (7:00 am – 7.30am). Detox water helps in removing unwanted toxins, stored water and excess sodium from the body. It boosts your metabolism and burns calories faster than your body. You can choose one of the following detox drinks depending on your body. You have to drink it regularly for a few months. Lemon detox drink, ginger detox drink, cummin detox drink, apple cider veniger detox drink, etc.

How to have breakfast in the morning (8:00 am-9:30am)

You only have to choose between 250 calories in your breakfast.

  • Oatmeal –

To make oatmeal in breakfast, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of skim milk and small spoon of honey or other sweetener will be added. You can also put apple or black grapes on it.

  • Egg Omelette and Green Tea –

Eggs contain a lot of protein which instantly reduces weight. You have to make an omelette of 2 egg whites with onion, tomato and chilli. With this you can drink a cup of green tea.

  • Idli and Sambar –

You can eat + 1/2 cup sambar with two medium sized idlis at home. By eating this you will get 230 calories only.

  • Apple Smoothies and Almonds –

To make it, blend 2 medium sized apples with 1 cup of skim milk with 1 tsp honey and mix some cinnamon powder on top. Also eat 9-10 almonds with it.

  • Corn flakes and milk –

If you do not have time to make breakfast, then you can eat half a cup of skim milk in a bowl of cornflakes and add nuts to it. You will only get 200 calories in it.

  • Vegetable Soup and Brown Bread –

Drink vegetable soup to lose weight. It contains vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Eat a bowl of vegetable soup and 1 slice of toasted brown bread for breakfast. It will contain 200 calories.

  • What to Eat at Mid Morning Snack (10:30 am – 11:30 am) –

After breakfast, whenever you feel hungry, eat a 100 calorie diet. You can eat mari light biscuits with green tea. Eat either banana, apple, watermelon, satra or half a cup of grapes.

Lunch (12.30 PM to 2:00 PM) –

You have to eat all the recipes within 300 calories.

  • Vegetable Soup: Homemade vegetable soup will contain 140 calories. If you cannot make vegetable soup at home, then take Maggi Mixed Vegetable Soup in the market. Eat toasted brown bread with it.
  • Fish and Rice: A grilled fish has 124 calories. You can have half a cup of steamed vegetable rice with fish.
  • Bread and Vegetable Curry: 1 small roti has 71 calories. You can eat 1 cup of boiled vegetables with one or two rotis. Try to cook the vegetables in 1 teaspoon of oil.
  • Egg sandwich: Eat 2 multigrain breads with 2 egg whites, 3 slice onions and 2 slice tomatoes.

Evening breakfast (5:00 – 6:30 PM) –

In the evening when you feel hungry then you have to eat a diet of up to 100 calories. Its list is given below.

  • Lemon tea and vet rusks – Biscuits have more healthy rusks. Drink sugarless lemon tea with two rusks.
  • Boiled Eggs and Green Tea – Drink a boiled egg and 1 cup of green tea.
  • Nuts – In this you can eat almonds, pistachios and walnuts.
  • Momo- It takes huge tastes to eat Steam Momo. The small stem momo has only 30 calories.
  • Orange Juice- Orange juice contains vitamin C which does not allow calories to increase. You should drink 1 glass of orange juice.
  • Grilled Brown Bread Sandwich – You will have to eat half a grill sandwich at breakfast in the evening. In this sandwich you can add some onions, capsicum, tomatoes, cabbage and spinach etc.

Dinner (8:00 – 9:30 PM) –

Your dinner should be 250 calories. For this you can eat all these

  • Chicken Noodles Soup – Eating a bowl of Chicken Noodles Soup will fill your stomach comfortably. In this, you will get only 150 calories.
  • Roti and Boiled Vegetables / Boiled Chikchan / Soya Curry – You can eat half a cup of soy bean curry or half a cup of chicken curry with 2 small rotis.

Drinking warm water before going to bed at night ends obesity quickly. This removes body dirt and leads to good sleep.
